Amy Lipley Msc

Amy Lipley MSc is a Senior Policy and Insights Officer at Basildon Borough Council since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading the development of strategic policies and providing guidance for service-specific policy creation. Additionally, Amy serves as a Community & Engagement Trustee for Bi Pride UK and a Trustee for Hope for African Communities. Amy's career includes participation in the National Graduate Development Programme for Local Government, completing the program in nine months and assisting in various youth-oriented projects. Academically, Amy holds a Master's degree in Human Rights from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in American Studies from the University of Kent, supplemented by a non-degree program at the University of South Carolina.
