Omolade Ogunsusi

Omolade Ogunsusi, PC.dp.(GDPR) (previously Oshunremi), serves as the Information and Compliance Manager at Basildon Borough Council since June 2021, providing expertise in Information Governance and advising on GDPR and Data Protection issues. Prior experience includes a role as Contract and Compliance Lead Officer at Early Years Alliance from October 2015 to June 2021, and Director of Operations at Inspiration Youth Call Ltd from August 2007 to August 2015, where work focused on aiding young people and their families. Omolade held various leadership roles in nonprofit organizations, including Director at Lewisham Refugee Network and Grants Officer at Sir John Cass Foundation and Red Coat School. With a BA in Marketing and Business Operations Management from London Metropolitan University, obtained from 1995 to 1998, Omolade has a well-rounded background in management and compliance in both public and nonprofit sectors.
