David Starks

David Starks is a Senior Real Time Trader at Basin Electric Power Cooperative, managing and optimizing generation assets in various markets. Prior to this, David worked at BOS Roustabout and Backhoe Service as an Oilfield Night Operator, and at T&T Oilfield Service as a Lease Operator. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Mary with a focus on Pre-Medicine, Pre-Medical Studies, and Applied Mathematics.
