James Erhardt

James Erhardt has a strong background in power plant operations, with experience at Basin Electric Power Cooperative as a Power Plant Operator and at Ziegler Caterpillar as a Power Plant Operator. James also has experience as a Boiler Operator at Red Trail Energy and as a Diesel Mechanic, specializing in the fabrication and installation of generator engines. Prior to this, James worked as a Farmer/Rancher, gaining experience in general farm work. James holds A.A.S. degrees in Power Plant Technology and Diesel Technology from Bismarck State College and North Dakota State College of Science respectively.
