Scott Smalling

Scott Smalling, CFA has a strong background in financial management, with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Scott held the CFO position at various companies, including Mid-Continent Asset Management, Basin Transportation, Basin Environmental & Safety Technologies, Basin Engineering, and Crown Energy Company. Prior to these roles, they served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO at Equal Energy.

Before their CFO roles, Scott worked at Devon Energy, where they held positions such as Treasury Manager, overseeing cash and credit functions, and Corporate Finance Associate. Scott also worked as a Senior Investor Relations Analyst at Devon Energy and as an Analyst at Bridge Information Systems. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in managing financial operations and has experience in areas such as cash and credit management, cash investments, daily cash operations, credit function, currency hedging, and investor relations.

Scott Smalling, CFA obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
