Lauren Laferriere has been working in the HR and Operations fields since 2014. Lauren began their career at Aureon, where they served as a Payroll Business Partner, managing the payroll for several medium to large senior living communities and providing training and coaching to members of their team. Lauren was also responsible for auditing payrolls and creating custom reports. In 2017, they joined Businessolver as an Operations Billing Analyst, and in 2018, they began working as an HR Analyst at Basin Holdings.
Lauren Laferriere attended Drake University from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management.
