Megan Brush possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resource Manager for the Light Vehicle Business Unit at Dana Incorporated from January 2019 to October 2024, where responsibilities include managing global HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and talent management. Previously, Megan acted as the HRIS Systems Lead, overseeing the global implementation of SuccessFactors across multiple modules and leading organizational change management.
