Cody Roth

Cody Roth is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at BASIS.ed. Cody has extensive experience in Human Resources, having served as an Executive Team Leader at Target from June 2010 to March 2015. In their previous role, they were responsible for recruiting new talent, driving a culture of high engagement, and providing feedback to district leadership. Cody also facilitated core classes and provided training to new executives.

Cody is a highly effective leader with a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies that improve employee retention and engagement. Cody is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Cody Roth has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Arizona State University, a Minor in Psychology from Arizona State University, and a Certification from SHRM in SHRM-SCP.

Cody Roth reports to Carolyn McGarvey, CEO. They are on a team with Matthew New - CIO, Phil Handler - VP of Communications & Brand Management, and Julie Kearney - VP of Operations.
