Randy Guzman

Randy Guzman currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner, Head of Operations at Basis, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Randy held the title of Director, Head of Research & Panel Operations at TRINITY from December 2020 to August 2022. Randy's extensive experience in research operations includes a significant tenure at BluePrint Research Group, where responsibilities included Director of Project Services, Manager of Project Services, and Senior Research Coordinator from April 2011 to December 2020. Randy began a career in research at Plaza Research as Associate Director from October 2010 to April 2011. Educational background includes attendance at the University of Central Florida.
