Hannah Zhang

Hannah Zhang is a seasoned educator and talent manager with extensive experience in language instruction and educational leadership. Since July 2023, Hannah has served as the Talent Manager for the US Mid-South Region at citizenM hotels. Concurrently, since July 2019, Hannah has been a Mandarin Subject Expert Teacher for PK-5 at BASIS Independent Schools, and from August 2014 to June 2019, Hannah was a Kindergarten Teacher specializing in Mandarin at Avenues: The World School. Hannah's teaching philosophy emphasizes student-centered learning and motivation within a Mandarin language immersion context. Previously, Hannah held the position of Head Teacher at GO Project from October 2015 to May 2016. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Bilingual Bicultural Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies/Civilization and French from Amherst College.
