Mark Nitka

Mark Nitka has extensive experience in various financial roles, including underwriting bridge loans, senior and junior mezzanine loans, and preferred equity investments. Mark has held positions at Fitch Ratings as a Senior Analyst in Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities and at American Family Insurance as an Internal Controls Intern. Mark also has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business.
