Andrew Nourafshan

Andrew Nourafshan has a strong background in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on finance and capital markets. Andrew started their career at the Center for Resource Solutions as a Program Analyst before moving on to roles at companies such as RTI International and Water Capital USA. In 2010, they joined Carbon War Room as an MBA Research Analyst and then had a summer position as a Summer MBA Associate at Water Capital USA. Andrew's experience in the renewable energy sector continued with an internship at Agile Energy, where they worked on the development of solar projects and conducted research on utility-scale solar markets. Andrew later joined SolarCity, where they held various roles in structured finance and global capital markets. In 2017, they transitioned to Tesla as a Senior Transaction Lead before eventually becoming the Senior Vice President and Head of Structured Finance at Cypress Creek Renewables.
