Eka Kublashvili

Eka Kublashvili currently serves as the Head of Quality Measurement and Research Unit and Chief Quality Manager at BasisBank since April 2022. Prior to this role, Eka held the position of Chief Manager of Network Administration, Monitoring and Quality Control at VTB Georgia from January 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities also included acting as the NPS product owner. Eka's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of the Mystery Shopping Department at IPM Research from January 2007 to January 2015 and working as a Recruitment Manager at IPM Research from October 2005 to January 2007.
