Prashant Kumar

Prashant brings with himself 12+ years of cross-border experience in more than 9 countries across diverse industries like BFSI, Microfinance, Real Estate, Healthcare, Pharma, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Trading, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and District Cooling. Prior to joining Sub-K, Prashant had worked with Vaya Finserv as Head of Risk Management, QC & IA and part of the credit committee and ALM committee – involved in strategic planning, product/ process development, algo-predective modelling and leading the country wide team in functional/ operational/ IT/ IS reviews and designing digital-first controls. He had also worked with international consulting firms like PKC Advisory and Axis Risk Consulting where he was responsible for leading consulting engagements in the fields of Business Process Reengineering, ERM framework development, diagnostic assessments, risk based internal audits, and advising clients on strategic & operating policies and model business processes. He had also worked with BFIL (subsidiary of IndusInd Bank) in Member Services (Operations & Sales), Internal Audit/ Risk Management and Analytics domains.

Prashant is an MBA grad from IRMA and also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Information Security & Risk Management, Insurance, and Commodity Trading.
