Kohei Shirai

Kohei Shirai has extensive experience in finance and strategic management, currently serving as Director CFO at Baskin Robbins since January 2021, where responsibilities include strategy and business planning, supply chain reform, and digital transformation. Prior to this, Kohei worked at 日本マクドナルド株式会社 as VP Finance from September 2011 to September 2022, leading teams focused on profit maximization and financial consulting for restaurants. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Program Manager at Amazon Japan, Manager at AIG Investments, Associate at Integrated Finance Limited, and Associate/Analyst at JPMorgan Chase.
