Prashanth Seetharaman

Prashanth Seetharaman CPA is a finance professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Director and CFO for Southern Asia and Orica India at Orica since November 2018. Previously, Prashanth held various roles at Moonee Valley Legal Service from October 2016 to September 2019, directing organizational strategy and governance as a Board Member. Prashanth's prior experience includes roles as Head of Finance at AusIMM - The Minerals Institute, where responsibilities encompassed financial management during a corporate restructure, as well as positions such as Finance Manager and Accountant, focusing on statutory reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination. Earlier career experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Accenture. Prashanth is a Certified Practising Accountant with a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Loyola College.
