Abed AL-Rahman AL-Kayssi

Abed AL-Rahman AL-Kayssi has a diverse range of work experience. From October 2020, they worked as a Trainee at Construtora Andrade Gutierrez, where they gained hands-on experience in various departments such as HSE and Industrial Processes. At AG, they conducted risk assessments, inspected warehouses, identified hazardous activities, and enforced safety control measures. Abed AL-Rahman also participated in preventive maintenance, tested conveyors, and managed the demand and supply chain for oil and diesel.

From January 2018 to July 2021, Abed AL-Rahman AL-Kayssi worked at Société technique d’ascenseurs électriques as an Assistant Maintenance Manager. Prior to that, they held positions as an Assistant Installation Manager and Assistant Safety Manager.

Currently, Abed AL-Rahman AL-Kayssi is working at BASMA.com as a Production Engineer. Abed AL-Rahman is responsible for automation implementation, inventory management, optimizing production processes, and documenting them.

Abed AL-Rahman AL-Kayssi's education history begins with their high school diploma in Economics and Sociology from IPS, which they obtained from 2001 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Beirut Arab University, attending from 2016 to 2021. In 2023, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Project Management from the American University of Beirut.

In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. These include "Insights on Software Quality Engineering" and "Understanding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)" from LinkedIn in October 2020, "Industrial Design Foundations" from LinkedIn in June 2020, "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in June 2020, and "IC3 Digital Literacy Certification" from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in February 2020. Furthermore, they were awarded the "Hult prize change-maker runner up" from Hult Prize Lebanon in March 2019.
