Shwetank Verma has a diverse work experience in the field of battery technology and electric vehicles.

From 2018 to 2019, Shwetank worked at Criollo Automobiles as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing liquid-cooled Li-ion battery packs. Shwetank'swork included conceptualizing thermal management strategies and structural support systems, 3D modeling using Autodesk Inventor, and conducting analyses using Ansys Fluent, Ansys Static Structural, Ansys Explicit Dynamics, and Ansys Random Vibration. Shwetank also optimized mechanical designs for size, weight, durability, and cost.

In 2019, Shwetank joined Grinntech as a Thermal Design Engineer, where they developed a cycle life and performance prediction model for Li-ion batteries. Shwetank also worked on simulating batteries in Battery Design Studio and conducted parameter sensitivity analysis of the Single Particle Model (SPM) using global optimization methods.

From 2020 to 2022, Shwetank worked at Micelio - Electric Vehicles as an Engineer, focusing on thermals and CFD simulation. Shwetank'swork involved implementing stress-coupled diffusion models, developing capacity prediction programs using Pybamm and parameter estimation techniques, and simulating thermal runaway propagation with gas generation. Shwetank also worked on parameter estimation of the SPM model using global optimization methods.

In 2022, Shwetank joined oorja.energy as a Lead Developer, leading the development of capacity prediction software for lithium-ion cells. Shwetank was responsible for developing software using Julia and Python, deploying it on the cloud, and assisting clients with capacity fade issues.

Currently, Shwetank is working at BASQUEVOLT as a Thermal Modelling Engineer. Further details about this role are not provided.

Shwetank Verma completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology. Shwetank attended this institution from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued their high school education and obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the Overseas School of Colombo. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in TRIZ Level 1 from The International Triz Association in January 2022 and in Deep Learning from DeepLearning.AI in March 2021.
