Mary Spivey

Mary Spivey currently serves as the Regional Vice President at BASS (Behavior Analysis Support Services) ABA Therapy, a position held since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple centers, managing key performance indicators, and ensuring operational excellence and growth. Prior to this role, Mary worked as a Regional Director and Program Director, focusing on consulting, scheduling, client support, staff management, and hiring. From August 2008 to June 2014, Mary was a teacher at an elementary school, providing education to grades 4 and 5 for students needing emotional and behavioral support. Mary holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University, obtained in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Student Education from Barry University, earned in 2008.
