Grafton Pritchartt has over 7 years of work experience in various roles within the political and legal sectors. Grafton began their career in 2012 as a Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives. From there, they became a Legislative Correspondent / Scheduler before joining the Republican National Committee in 2014 as an Assistant to the Chief of Staff. In 2015, they moved to the National Republican Congressional Committee, where they served as Deputy PAC Director until 2016 and then as PAC Director until 2019. In 2019, Pritchartt worked as the Director of Legislative Affairs at the CIGAR ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA, INC before joining Bass, Berry & Sims as a Senior Manager of Strategic Projects, their current role.
Grafton Pritchartt pursued their education from 2006 to 2010 at the University of Mississippi, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science.
