Erica Medina

Erica Medina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management, public sector engagement, and workforce strategies. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategic Projects & Development at Central Indiana Corporate Partnership since September 2025, Erica previously held multiple senior managerial roles at Ascend Indiana from December 2022 to August 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as the Outreach Coordinator at the University of Indianapolis, where Erica developed a College Prep Academy curriculum for underserved students, and as an Admissions Counselor at both the University of Indianapolis and Saint Mary's College, where Erica assessed diverse applicant pools and advocated for first-generation students. Erica's career began at the University of Chicago, where Erica coordinated accommodations for educational conferences. Erica holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and Design from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
