Debbie Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative management, operations, and community service. Currently serving as Firm Administrator at Bass Doherty & Finks P.C. since October 2022, Debbie also operates as President of AdminMatters, providing high-level administrative support to executives since 1995. Previous roles include Firm Administrator and Marketing Coordinator at Samuel, Sayward & Baler LLC, Director of Operations & Finance at Ronald Trahan Associates, Inc., and various leadership positions within the Massachusetts District 33K Lions, including District Governor and Vice District Governor. Debbie’s commitment to community service is reflected in leadership roles with local Lions Clubs and the Be Confident Be Courageous organization. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and studies at Northeastern University.
