Tad Flowers has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 as a Programmer Analyst at Levi, Ray & Shoup Inc. In 2001, they joined Emerson Electric Co. as a Senior Programmer Analyst, later becoming an IT Manager and then Manager of Enterprise Applications. In 2010, Tad transitioned to Bass-Mollett Publishers and served as the Chief Information Officer before being promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2012.
Tad Flowers earned an MBA in Business from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in MIS (Management Information Systems) and another BS in CS (Computer Science) from Greenville University, where they attended from 1990 to 1995.
