Ryan Fandel has over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and service industries. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations at Caregiver since August 2025, Ryan has held multiple senior positions including Branch Director of Hospice at Elara Caring, Executive Director at All County Home Health and Hospice, and Area Vice President at AccentCare, Inc. Previous roles include District Manager at Healthcare Services Group, Inc., Regional Vice President of Sales at Pharma Logistics, Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Financial Sales Representative at MassMutual Financial Group. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, obtained in 2008, and graduated from Central Catholic High School in 2003.
