Baloo Eledath

Baloo Eledath has been a Chief Information Officer for over 17 years, with their most recent position being at Bass Pro Shops. They have also worked as a company officer and strategic leader at Cabela's, where they were in charge of Business Relationship Management. Baloo has placed a strategic focus on leveraging data in order to fulfill customer orders from inventory available in different locations, optimize Omni-Channel fulfillment, and define the social and mobile roadmap for Cabela's. They have also been responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP implementation in Canada, which included leading teams throughout all phases of the project. Baloo has shifted Cabela's from a catalog-focused organization by defining the digital roadmap for all lines of business. They have also gone through leadership training at the Wharton School of Business.

Baloo Eledath has a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the College of Engineering Trivandrum. Her field of study was Computer Science.
