Kristi Disanto

Kristi DiSanto is an experienced professional in visual merchandising and brand management, currently serving as the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager at Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kristi held the position of Regional Visual Merchandising Manager at Crate & Barrel from August 2005 to June 2022, overseeing merchandising processes across 31 retail locations with significant annual sales. Kristi has also contributed as a Brand Partner at Checkered Past Winery, managing all facets of a wine bar operation from December 2015 to December 2024. Earlier career paths included positions as a District Visual Manager and Visual Merchandising Manager at Crate and Barrel, as well as serving as an Elementary Educator at Magruder Elementary School. Kristi holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from The College of Saint Rose.
