Tommy Ibrahim is the current President & CEO at Bassett Healthcare Network. Prior to this, they served as the EVP, Chief Physician Executive at INTEGRIS Health from December 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they worked with the medical staff of over 3000 employees to deliver high-quality services and advance the company's vision.

Before their time at INTEGRIS Health, Tommy served as the Chief Physician Officer and Designated Institutional Official (ACGME) at Mercy Medical Center - Des Moines from January 2014 to December 2017. Tommy was responsible for overseeing the medical staff of 800+ physicians and allied health associates at Mercy Medical Center, which is the longest continually operating hospital in Des Moines. Tommy also served as a part of Mercy Health Network (MHN), a statewide system of 11 owned and 26 contract-affiliated hospitals, during their time at Mercy Medical Center.

Tommy has dedicated their career to ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care possible. Tommy's experience in leading and overseeing large medical teams has made him an expert in their field, and their work has had a positive impact on the lives of countless patients.
