Marco Bejarano

Marco Bejarano has extensive experience in project engineering, currently serving as Project Engineering Team Lead at Bastian Solutions since June 2016. Responsibilities include leading design guidelines for ASRS systems, training new employees, and mentoring peers on ASRS technologies. Previous roles as Project Engineer II and Project Engineer involved developing training guides, enhancing design accuracy, and supporting international operations. Early career experience includes teaching assistant roles at the University of Louisville in engineering courses and positions such as Process Co-Op Engineer at Metalsa and Engineering Co-op at General Mills, where skills in design, implementation, and team training were honed. Marco holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Louisville and has contributed to several automation and system design projects throughout the career.
