Rohan Kohli

Rohan Kohli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in risk and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Bastion, Rohan leads financial and non-financial risk management and regulatory affairs. Previously, Rohan co-founded and served as CEO of a Stealth Startup, developing innovative AI-driven compliance solutions. Other significant roles include Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Gusto, where strategic risk management for a large workforce was managed, and building compliance functions at EarnIn as Chief Compliance Officer. Rohan's career also features senior positions at TIAA, Capital One, GE Capital, Morgan Stanley, American Express, and Credit Suisse, establishing comprehensive compliance frameworks and leading transformations in response to regulatory requirements. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Economics from Queens College.
