Toby Sellers

Toby Sellers is an experienced executive in the advertising industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Bastion Shine since March 2022, in addition to the role of Managing Director at Bastion Creative. Prior to this, Toby held several leadership positions at FCB New Zealand from August 2010 to March 2022, including Managing Director and Group Business Director, overseeing a team of 150 staff and reporting to global management. Experience also includes roles as Group Account Director at both McCann London and EuroRSCG, as well as Account Director at DDB and Account Manager at DDB NZ. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from AUT University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Otago.
