Eliisa Pohtila

Eliisa Pohtila began their work experience in 2000 as a Product Manager at Nokia Oyj/Learning Center Network. Eliisa then joined Nokia in 2004, where they had roles as a Learning Program Manager, Competence Development Manager, and HRD Manager. In 2009, Pohtila moved to Basware, where they held positions as an HRD Manager, HR/D Director (HR Business Partner), and currently as an HR Director (HR Business Partner).

From 1989 to 2001, Eliisa Pohtila studied at the University of Helsinki and earned a Master of Arts degree in History.
