Dushyant Gadhia

Dushyant Gadhia has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Associate Director of Corporate Strategy at basys, LLC since May 2019. In this position, they provide strategic insights based on data analysis and aids in the development and execution of action plans.

Dushyant also created a governing system for infrastructure maintenance and management efficiency.

From 2013 to 2015, Dushyant served as Treasurer of the Ultimate Players Association of India (UPAI), where they defined the financial structure and membership process. Dushyant also prepared financial statements to secure affiliation with the World Flying Disc Federation.

Earlier in their career, Dushyant had various roles at Decathlon International, including Internal Consultant from September 2014 to May 2015 and Operations Manager from October 2012 to August 2014. Dushyant also worked at Indicorps as a Program Director from April 2010 to July 2011 and as an Intern from May 2009 to March 2010.

Dushyant Gadhia completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Auditing from Gujarat University between 2006 and 2009. Dushyant then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Investment from the same university, graduating in 2010. Later, between 2015 and 2017, they attended The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
