Durgesh Singh

Durgesh Singh has extensive work experience in the field of taxation. Durgesh started their career at Apollo Tyres Ltd in 2007 as a Group Manager - Taxation, where they worked until 2012. Following that, they joined Bharti Airtel Limited Gurgaon as a Senior Manager - Taxation from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Bata India Limited, initially as a General Manager - Taxation from 2015 to 2019, and currently as an Assistant Vice President - Taxation.

Durgesh Singh has a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Durgesh also holds a Master's degree in Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Accounting and Finance from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration, which they acquired from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Durgesh Singh has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate Course on GST from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2018, a Certificate Course on Indirect Tax in 2015, and an Advanced Course on International Taxation in 2013.
