Shikha Nair

Shikha Nair is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communication Lead at Bata India Limited since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shikha held the position of AGM Communications at Savills India from December 2020 to April 2023, and was the Deputy Manager Communications at HCL Technologies between April 2019 and December 2020. Shikha's career commenced as an Executive Officer at the Confederation of Indian Industry from October 2011 to March 2019, following an earlier role as an HR Executive at ROLLATAINERS LTD.
