Shraddha Das

Shraddha Das is a seasoned professional in corporate human resources with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate HR at Bata India Limited since November 2021, Shraddha previously held the position of Assistant Manager of Corporate HR at Hero Motors from August 2017 to November 2021. Earlier, Shraddha worked as an Officer in Corporate HR at Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. from July 2011 to August 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Commerce from GVM Girls College in Sonipat, completed from 2006 to 2009.
