Rubab Zahra is currently the Lead Organizational Development & Talent Management at Bata Pakistan Limited. Previously, she was the Recruitment Lead at Abacus Consulting and the Senior HR Business Partner Strategy at FINCA Microfinance Bank Ltd, Pakistan. Prior to that, she served as the Unit Head HR Operations at The Bank of Punjab. Rubab holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore.
