Rick Lebeck joined ARS Waste Management in 1992 as a Financial Analyst and stayed with the company until 1995. Rick then moved to Solar Communications where they worked as a Controller from 1997 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Daniels International Ltd. as the US Controller until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, Rick served as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at RR Donnelley. In 2012, they worked at SYNCREON as a Business Unit Controller for a couple of months before joining Batavia Container Inc. as the Director of Accounting & Administration, where they currently hold that position.
Rick Lebeck attended Hinsdale Central High School from 1979 to 1983, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Rick later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Benedictine University from 1988 to 1990.
