Julia Thornton

Julia Thornton is an experienced language educator with a strong background in teaching French and Spanish. Currently, Julia has been a French and Spanish teacher at Batavia Public School District 101 since August 2015, managing six different courses and approximately 140 students each trimester. Previously, at Thompson School District from August 2011 to July 2015, Julia taught a wider range of six courses to around 300 students, contributing to curriculum development within the school and district. Julia also served as a contributing author for Wayside Publishing from August 2017 to September 2018. Additional roles include Verifications Analyst at Tandem Select and various positions at Colorado State University, culminating in a Master of Arts in French and TESL/TEFL, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature.
