Jillian van der Giessen

Jillian van der Giessen serves as the Legal Director at Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet since January 2021, previously holding the position of Legal Manager. From February to June 2024, Jillian acted as the interim Legal Director for the Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet at VIA Outlets. Prior experience includes working as an Advocaat at Cees Advocaten N.V. from January 2017 to January 2021, and at Wessel, Tideman & Sassen Advocaten, as well as Gyomorei attorneys at law and tax advisers. Educational achievements include a cum laude Master of Laws from Utrecht University, completing further legal training and attending the EF Language School for advanced English proficiency. Jillian has also been involved in professional legal associations and has built a foundation in customer service through earlier roles in retail.
