Kirstie Close

Kirstie Close is an accomplished educationalist and marketing professional with diverse experience in academia and business. Currently serving as an Educationalist and overseeing Marketing and Operations at LifeAid Pty Ltd, Kirstie also manages public relations and social media for HPClothingAus. As the owner of Create Your Past since 2019, Kirstie provides support to entrepreneurs and startups through personalized consultations and online training in historical and cultural practices. Additional roles include advising on higher degree research at Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education, research fellow at the University of Melbourne, and various research assistant positions focusing on women's entrepreneurship and truth and reconciliation processes. Kirstie holds a PhD in History from Deakin University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Paramedic Science alongside a Diploma in Social Media Marketing.
