Mike Keating

Mike Keating possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and innovative program development within the Australian education sector. As the Director of VET Business Operations at Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education since November 2022, Mike oversees a team of 97 staff and manages 39 training products. In addition, Mike serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Desert Solutions, specializing in the creation of tailored educational products and consultancy services. Previous roles include Executive Officer at Flinders University, Team Leader and Senior Lecturer at Charles Darwin University, and several positions at Batchelor Institute and other educational institutions. Mike holds a Master of Education in adult education and two Bachelor degrees in Social Science, with a focus on leisure, recreation, and tourism.
