Andres Priede

Andres Priede is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and engineering, currently serving as the Business Development Director for Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail, and Energy verticals at EPAM Systems since March 2021. As an Investor and Advisor at BatchX, Andres contributes to the development of a digital platform for bioinformatics and precision medicine. Prior roles include serving as the Ecosystem Manager for ABB Ability™, where responsibilities included overseeing digital transformation initiatives, and leading various engineering teams in different capacities at ABB and Alstom, focusing on software development, product assurance, and system engineering. Andres holds a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School and advanced degrees in Electrical and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo and Luleå University of Technology, and significant early career experience at GE Energy and other engineering firms.
