Aseel Mattar

Aseel Mattar was appointed as General Manager of the Consumer Division in December 2022 to ensure the constantly evolving needs of Batelco’s consumers are addressed through offering a diversified and reliable portfolio of digital products & services.

With wide experience gained over 16 years with Batelco, Aseel is well skilled in the areas of product management, product development and customer service. Her knowledge in business planning, Broadband & mobile technologies, customer service and customer experience management serve her well in meeting the needs of Batelco’s customers and in maintaining Batelco’s market leadership position.

Aseel has an MBA in Marketing & Business Management from University of Northampton, a BSc in Network Management & Security from University of Wales and holds a Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) professional qualification.
