Shannon Osthimer

Shannon Osthimer currently serves as Head of People Operations at Bateman Agency, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and implementing industry-leading tools and services since February 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Manager of People Operations at Offleash, and Human Resources Manager at Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital, where Shannon managed HR functions for over 200 staff and developed successful onboarding and engagement programs that significantly reduced turnover. Previously, Shannon held positions as Human Resources Manager and Operations and Human Resources Manager at Bateman Group, where initiatives modernized HR policies and ensured high retention rates, alongside project managing a new HRIS platform. Earlier career contributions include serving as a Partner at Evans Partners, where Shannon played a key role in the agency's growth. Shannon Osthimer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
