Elaine Steele

Ms. Steele joined Dante in 2003. She has over 15 years of experience in the area of Human Resources and Marketing. Elaine is responsible for all Human Resources functions of the organization, including recruitment, employment, retention, compensation and benefits, training and development, organizational development, and employee relations. She has successfully developed and grown Dante’s college recruiting and internship programs.

Prior to joining Dante, Elaine worked in recruiting and marketing in the Garment District in Manhattan to the healthcare industry in Washington, DC. She spent five years as a third-party recruiter, specializing in the private sector, non-profit, and association recruiting.

Elaine is a Corporate Member of the Employer Advisory Board at the University of Maryland. She has also volunteered her time to support the Parents’ Association on campus and has enlisted the support of Dante in support of their Silent Auction events. Ms. Steele has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Marist College.
