Beverley Lim

Beverley Lim is an accomplished architectural designer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in architecture and design education. As Co-Founder of ZNIA since November 2024 and Architectural Designer at Bates Smart since January 2023, Beverley has contributed to significant projects such as the Chifley South Tower and the Central Station Masterplan. Previously, Beverley founded and served as Editor-in-chief of Circa Journal, establishing a student-led design publication at the University of Sydney. Experience also includes roles in business and marketing at Sydney Motorsport, guest critic for architecture presentations, and academic tutoring at The Women's College, where Beverley received several academic awards. Educational credentials encompass a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Sydney, alongside international study experiences at Delft University of Technology and Cornell University.
