Claudia Fleuter

Claudia has outstanding management skills and a substantial track record in the delivery of quality residential, hospitality and hotel projects. She has a thorough understanding of all stages of the architectural process, from briefing and concept design, to design development, project coordination, and project delivery.

Claudia has experience in leading architectural and interior projects and is skilled in achieving a seamless integration between the two disciplines. She joined Bates Smart in 2005, became an Associate Director in 2008 and Studio Director in 2021.

She led the project team on Crown Metropol and was instrumental in achieving town planning approval for the award-winning residential tower 35 Spring Street and The Eastbourne.

Claudia excels working closely with clients, preparing masterplans and feasibility studies. She is a highly motivated team leader and has a logical and detailed approach. She is efficient, decisive, and has the ability to think quickly to ensure successful project outcomes.
