Philip Kirkpatrick

Philip Kirkpatrick is a partner at Bates Wells, specializing in charity, non-profit, and social enterprise law, as well as non-profit governance and social finance. They have served as a trustee at Shakespeare's Globe from 2011 to 2020 and have been the principal at OnBoard since 2007. Additionally, Philip held director positions at the Human Dignity Trust and the Death Penalty Project, providing legal advice and support for individuals accused of capital offenses until 2018 and 2020, respectively. Philip was also a director at Hackney Bulls Youth Rugby Football Club from 2009 to 2013 and served on the management committee of The Parlex Group of European Lawyers from 2002 to 2012. Currently, they are studying at UCL.
