Hilary Johnson

Hilary Johnson has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Batesville since February 2014, where responsibilities include managing engineering and CAD teams, developing project plans, controlling budgets, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Hilary held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Hill-Rom from May 2000 to February 2014, leading cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new medical products and enhancing engineering processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and further studies at the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
