John Linville has a broad range of work experience in the supply chain and manufacturing sectors. John started their career at GE Appliances as an Engineering Manager, where they provided design leadership for the new SXS refrigerator platform. In 2000, they joined Batesville Casket Company as a Commodity Team Manager, responsible for managing the procurement process. John then moved up to the position of Director of Procurement & Value Engineering at Batesville Casket Co. in 2004. In 2008, they became the Director of Batesville IN Operations at Batesville, overseeing the company's operations in Indiana. John later held various positions within Batesville, including Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Vice President of Supply Chain. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Batesville.

John Linville completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialty in Plastics at Kettering University from 1987 to 1992. John then pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management at the same institution from 1992 to 1995.
